  3. Ship the Item – Send the product to the designated return address with a tracking number.

  • Refund Method: Original payment (credit/debit, e-wallet, bank transfer).

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong/damaged item).

4. Classified Ads (Non-Refundable Listings)

  • Listings & Promotions: Fees for classified ads, featured listings, or marketplace promotions are non-refundable once published.

  • Disputes: Buyers and sellers must resolve transactions privately. imarth.com is not liable for classified ad transactions.
